Very rare 45 rpm. Vinyl is VG- with moderate crackle (no skips), Cover is G+ with 3" bottom edge split, 1.5" top edge split, name in ink on cover, initials on label on one side of record. This EP was taken from Berry's first LP and with photo cover is extremely hard to find in any condition.
